Module 3 of 17
Self Awareness Part 1
How a manager's own reactions under a delayed PP approval and a rising DHU decide what the line actually does next.
Bangla is being improved for factory-floor accuracy and native wording. It will return once the review is complete. English is available now.
Module cover
Under pressure, a manager's first reaction travels down the line faster than any instruction sheet.
Module 3 begins leadership self-awareness: seeing your own default behaviour before it becomes the factory's behaviour.
About this module
This module treats self-awareness as an operational skill, not a personality topic: what you notice, what you say first, and what you escalate.
The working situation is the one every garment manager knows — PP approval is late, the line target is unchanged, and DHU is climbing.
Learning objectives
- Name your own default reaction pattern when a plan slips (blame, absorb, defer or escalate).
- Separate the facts of a delay from your interpretation of who caused it.
- Choose the first sentence you will say to a line chief when DHU rises above target.
- Set one personal behaviour you will change and how you will check it in two weeks.
