Method

1. Draft one message per panel before adding charts.
2. Cut any chart that does not support a decision.
3. Include a panel for what was inconclusive.

Common mistakes

• Decorative tool galleries with no narrative.
• Unreadable charts.
• Unsupported savings claims.
