Garment-factory example

A reviewer challenges whether improved FTR came from the new process or a tightened inspection rule and whether output and repair guardrails held; the owner supplies stratified charts before rescoring.

Method

  1. Score with citations, not opinion.
  2. Use the rubric for readiness, not personal judgement.
  3. Never average away a critical failure.

Common mistakes

  • Generous scores without citations.
  • Averaging across dimensions to hide critical gaps.
  • Rescoring without visible correction.
