Corrections policy
How suspected errors are received, assessed and corrected. Last reviewed: 23 July 2026.
Report an issue
Use the contact page and include the page URL, disputed statement, supporting source and expected correction. Do not send confidential buyer, factory, worker or order data.
Assessment
Reports are checked against the cited source, current authoritative material and the page's stated scope. Safety-significant issues are prioritised. Disagreement alone does not establish an error, but evidence is reviewed on its merits.
Correction and record
Typographical fixes may be made directly. Material technical changes update the content version, review date or change summary where the page supports them. Affected examples, downloads and calculator tests are checked together.
Transparency
Corrections do not create a claim of completed external review. The expert review process records the actual author and reviewer status, and unresolved uncertainty is described rather than hidden.
