Bangla is being improved for factory-floor accuracy and native wording. It will return once the review is complete. English is available now.
Module cover
Saying no is not a rejection of the relationship; it is a professional boundary that protects quality, people and delivery credibility.
About this module
This module prepares garment managers and senior managers to refuse requests that would harm the factory, the workforce or the buyer, without damaging the partnership. You will practise framing a clear no, explaining the risk, and proposing a realistic alternative.
Learning objectives
- Recognise requests that must be refused to protect quality, compliance and people.
- Use a calm, evidence-based tone when declining buyer or management pressure.
- Offer at least one workable alternative with every professional no.
- Document the refusal and agreed fallback to prevent future disputes.
