Module 8 of 17
Presenting and Selling Value Part 1
Learn to present your factory as a reliable partner, not just a price quote, using quality evidence, delivery data and clear value propositions.
Bangla is being improved for factory-floor accuracy and native wording. It will return once the review is complete. English is available now.
Module cover
Presenting and Selling Value Part 1 shows how garment managers and senior managers communicate factory capability to buyers, auditors and internal leadership.
The focus is not lower FOB price, but provable value: consistent quality, on-time delivery, transparent processes and risk reduction.
About this module
This module teaches you to build a short, evidence-based factory story that answers what the buyer really cares about before price is discussed.
You will practise translating inspection reports, OTDP data and CAPA records into a concise capability deck.
Learning objectives

- Convert quality and delivery data into a short, buyer-ready value story.
