Module cover

Presenting and Selling Value Part 1 shows how garment managers and senior managers communicate factory capability to buyers, auditors and internal leadership.

The focus is not lower FOB price, but provable value: consistent quality, on-time delivery, transparent processes and risk reduction.

About this module

This module teaches you to build a short, evidence-based factory story that answers what the buyer really cares about before price is discussed.

You will practise translating inspection reports, OTDP data and CAPA records into a concise capability deck.

Learning objectives

  • Identify the four proof points buyers look for before awarding an order.
  • Convert quality and delivery data into a short, buyer-ready value story.
  • Present factory capability without overstating capacity or hiding constraints.
  • Link every sales conversation to a specific risk the buyer wants to reduce.
