Module 5 of 17
Garment Communication
Escalation, written buyer messages and shift handovers that survive pressure — tested against a failed final inspection.
Bangla is being improved for factory-floor accuracy and native wording. It will return once the review is complete. English is available now.
Module cover
Most factory failures are not skill failures; they are message failures that nobody wrote down.
Module 5 builds the four communication forms a manager uses daily: escalation, buyer email, handover and defect report.
About this module
This module gives you fixed formats instead of habits: what an escalation must contain, how a buyer email answers before it explains, and what a shift handover cannot omit.
Everything is tested against the hardest communication moment in a factory — telling the buyer that a final inspection failed.
Learning objectives
- Write an escalation that states fact, impact, request and deadline in four lines.
- Draft a buyer email that answers in the first sentence and evidences in the next three.
- Run a shift handover covering targets, holds, pending approvals and open risks.
- Communicate a failed inspection with a corrective plan the buyer can accept.
