Module 15: Professionalism and Right First Time

Activity 9 of 11

Practical brief

Bangla is being improved for factory-floor accuracy and native wording. It will return once the review is complete. English is available now.

Use these daily manager actions to protect right-first-time quality and audit readiness:

Start each shift by confirming that the latest approved sample, trim card and colour standard are at the line.

Require a written sign-off for any specification change, no matter how small.

Check that inspection records are filled in real time, not at the end of the day.

Assign one owner per handover point: cutting to sewing, sewing to finishing, finishing to packing.

Before any shipment, verify that all required approvals and test reports are in the file.

Review one audit finding per week with the team and update the standard work instruction.
