Choose one operation in your factory, such as cutting, sewing start or final packing. Create a right-first-time checklist that must be completed before the operation begins.
The checklist must include: the approved reference sample or specification, the latest revision date and sign-off name, the machine or line setting confirmation, and the name of the person who owns the quality result. Test the checklist with one line for one day and record how many issues it prevents.
