Answer review with explanations

← Back to moduleBack to academy

Learning objectives

  • Convert every missed or guessed item into a learning action.
  • Categorise error type (knowledge, calculation, reading, assumption, judgement).
  • Link back to the correct lesson and reduce recurrence.

How to use this review

This lesson reads your most recent practice-examination result from local browser storage and lists the questions you missed with the explanation and the related lesson link.

If you have not taken the practice examination yet, the review will invite you to run it first.

Review method

  • Start with incorrect items, then guessed-correct.
  • Classify the error type honestly.
  • Open the related lesson and re-read the objective and method.
  • Retry after a spaced interval with options reordered.

Garment-factory example

A learner sees she missed two Measure DPMO items; the review points her to Module 3 lesson 13 and she practises the formula on a fresh dataset.

Method

  1. Never merely reveal the answer — write one sentence about why the correct approach fits.
  2. Note when the correct approach would not apply.

Common mistakes

  • Reading only the answer key.
  • Skipping items you 'nearly' got right.

No stored examination result on this device. Take the final practice examination first, then return here to review your misses.
