Module 16: Collaboration and Teamwork

Activity 9 of 11

Practical brief

Bangla is being improved for factory-floor accuracy and native wording. It will return once the review is complete. English is available now.

Use these daily habits to build cross-department collaboration before the next crisis:

Hold a short daily stand-up with representatives from planning, production, quality and IE to review the next 48 hours.

Display a visible scoreboard with one shared metric, such as on-time delivery or DHU, updated by all departments.

When a risk appears, name one recovery owner and one timeline immediately, even before the full plan is ready.

Rotate the meeting chair between departments so every team learns to see the whole factory.

End every recovery meeting with a written action list: what, who and by when.

Review one near-miss per week as a cross-department team and update the prevention checklist.
